Key activities for Dawson Graphics are communication and connecting interest groups and stakeholders. This includes graphic facilitation and visual recording. This graphic work has proven to be an effective, different way of knowing and storytelling.

These products are a result of extensive technical knowledge from many professional years in resource extraction combined with extensive artistic and communication skills.

Following a 38 year career as a Geologist, I am now turning my attention to utilizing my extensive technical expertise in conjunction with my graphic communication, recording and facilitation skills to help teams effectively communicate and connect their ideas.

I have varied experience and expertise in successful exploration plays, from assessment through to prospect generation including field development, unconventional resource assessment and exploitation.

I’ve been involved in the successful discovery and development of hydrocarbons both domestically and internationally. This work included regional and prospect specific exploration through unconventional and conventional new ventures activities; field development mapping and drilling.

I used a variety of computer oriented workflows including mapping packages, geo-cellular modelling and basin modelling.

My skill set includes excellent communication and facilitation. I have an energetic, team oriented approach; I’m experienced in dataroom presentations and report writing and successfully mentored younger geologists.
